Through Conference Services, University of Guelph, all registration and conference bookings will be handled. This will include accommodation at local hotels that will meet Guelph09 conference delegates needs. If you plan to have an extended stay in Guelph, prior to or after the conference, please contact Conference Services at time of registering to assist you in your extended stay needs.

Designated meals, nutrition breaks as well as conference room, poster sessions facilities and parking will all be organized by Conference Services. They can assist you with your transportation needs such as the Red Car airport shuttle, if air travel is part of your plans.

Please note you can still register on-site the day of the conference if you have not already done so.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund if written notification of withdrawal received by June 25, 2009; 50% refund if written notification of withdrawal received by July 2, 2009. NO REFUNDS WHEN NOTICE OF WITHDRAWL IS RECEIVED AFTER JULY 2, 2009. Replacements are welcome and no-shows will be billed.
