Program
The Guelph 09 Conference will consist of a series of concurrent speaker sessions for each of the three societies, CSA, CSSS and CSAFM on the two main days of the conference, August 5th & 6th. Poster sessions will take place during lunch in Peter Clark Hall (PCH) at the University Centre (UC) each of these days with authors presenting. A welcome reception will be held on the Tuesday evening at the University Club, UC. Speaker sessions will take place in Rozanski Hall. Participants may register at the Welcome Reception on Tuesday evening or at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday in the concourse of Rozanski Hall.

Annual General Meetings (AGM's) will take place for each society on Wednesday after the speaker sessions . Please see the program schedule for confirmation of time and location. An Awards Social & BBQ is planned for the Thursday evening after the conclusion of session speakers and will take place at Creelman Hall.
The Conference will conclude on Friday August 7th with tours of the Elora Research Station and local surrounding area.
NOTE: in order to facilitate the Elora Research Station Tour - Friday, August 7 we must have a minimum of 25 registered participants. Please consider this when you register for the conference.
